Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Solitaire Fabrics, we are dedicated to providing premium-quality fabrics and dupattas. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure proper design, color tone, texture, and quantity.

As most fabrics are cut and prepared specifically according to your order, we request you to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

🌿 Product Information & Natural Variations

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  • Minor differences in shade, weave, or finish may occur due to lot-to-lot production variation. These are natural textile characteristics and not considered defects.
  • Fabric weight and texture are approximate.
  • Embellishments such as mirror work, stones, glitter, zari, embroidery, or scallop edges may experience slight shedding over time. This is natural and not treated as a manufacturing defect.

We maintain quality within acceptable textile industry standards.


🎨 Dyeable Fabric Disclaimer

  • β€œDyeable” means the base fabric can be dyed.
  • Any effect on embroidery, zari, scallop, embellishments, or finishing after dyeing will not be considered a defect.
  • Dyeing is a third-party process, and Solitaire Fabrics is not responsible for dyeing results.
  • Customers are solely responsible for risks associated with dyeing.

πŸ› Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before processing.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Cancellation within 12 hours: 3% payment processing charges apply.
  • Cancellation after 12 hours (before dispatch): 5% processing charges apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


🚚 If Delivery Is Refused

If a parcel is refused or not accepted:

  • After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will return to our warehouse.
  • Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted.
  • Re-dispatch (if requested) must be prepaid.
  • Re-shipment may take 10–15 working days after we receive the parcel back.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.

We assist only in genuine cases such as:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Major manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect quantity delivered

To request a return:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear product images
  • Provide a complete unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Share your Order ID

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.


πŸ“¦ Return Eligibility Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unstitched
  • In original packaging
  • In original cut length (fabric must not be cut)

If the fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, the return will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

All approved returns must be couriered back by the customer at their own cost, even in cases of damaged or defective products.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers must securely pack the product before sending it back.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking details.
  • Solitaire Fabrics will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.
  • Exchange or refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued only in genuine cases where:

  • The fabric or dupatta is damaged in transit or has a confirmed major manufacturing defect and Exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.

If the product is available in stock, we will provide an exchange instead of a refund.

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

Please note:

  • Minor color, shade, or texture variations do not qualify for refund.
  • Dyeing-related issues are not eligible for refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
